Thanks to generous donations over the past two weeks, 20 additional Need-Based Ticket requests have been FUNDED!

Notifications have been sent with either your updated place in line or details on how to receive your ticket. If your request was met, you must claim your ticket by 9/13 at 11:59pm.

If for any reason you no longer need the funding, please let us know ASAP so we can move the offer along to the next request in line.

Donors:

There are currently a few outstanding requests totalling approximately $350.

If we receive more funding than the remaining need, funds will be held for next year's NBT program.

Need-Based Ticket Program UPDATE!

In an attempt to meet as many requests as possible without leaving anyone scrambling at the last minute to get their ticket, the NBT program will STOP accepting requests after this Friday, August 26th, at 11:59pm. All requesters will be notified if their request was able to be met by Wednesday, September 14th. Any remaining unmet requests will be issued a ticket code and have an opportunity to purchase a full price ticket before ticket sales end on Wednesday September 21st..

Requesters:  KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL!

You should have recently received a program update letting you know your placement in line.  You will receive regular updates over the next three weeks, and you will be notified via email if funding becomes available for your request. 

If you can't find the email, search "Mosaic Experiment NBT" and look in your spam.  If you still can't find it, email NBT@mosaicexperiment.com.  

If your request cannot be met, you will be notified by Wednesday, September 14th and have an opportunity to purchase a full price ticket before ticket sales end on Wednesday, September 21st. DO NOT purchase a ticket without this code, even if it looks like tickets are going to sell out.  Your ticket will be accounted for with this code

If you purchase a regular ticket before the program closes, it will be assumed you no longer need the requested funding to secure a ticket and your request will be removed from the queue. 

If you no longer need funding or require a lesser amount than initially requested, please respond to the update email you received or email us at NBT@mosaicexperiment.com so we can update or list accordingly.

Con-effi-clavi-gy Revealed

Let’s discuss fire. Let’s discuss you making fire and sharing it with the community for Con-effi-clavi-gy (aka Burn Night). Let’s discuss getting you involved!

What is Con-effi-clavi-gy? It’s the hybrid, digital gathering we’ve planned for burn night which combines conclave and effigy into one massive online streaming event. Of course, there are surprises taking shape as we finalize plans and this year we will be streaming to several platforms (further details soon) so we’re getting excited to share it with you.

Whether you are burning your own effigy, spinning fire, poi or sharing a kids glow, if you can stream it we want to include you this Saturday night.

Through The Looking Glass Virtual Art Fund Drive

Let's talk ART!

Our story is simple. We're working to raise funding to support artists who wish to contribute to our "Through The Looking Glass" virtual gathering taking place October 1st to 4th, 2020.

To help facilitate this effort, we've opened up a small GoFundMe campaign (targeting around $600) to raise money which we will quickly turn right back around to our creative community.

Please consider chipping in a few dollars. Money raised here will go directly to artists to help them create magical things for everyone to enjoy this October and tomorrow morning we will share a link which all you wonderfully creative burners can use to apply for these art grants.
