Description:

The Mosaic Sound Leads work with each camp to ensure that both participants and local neighbors stay happy. Working with the Placement, Ranger, Art and LLC teams, the sound leads foster an environment of trust and cooperation while enforcing predefined sound limits. Sound engineering experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Before the event:

    • Review current sound policy published in the Mosaic Experiment Survival Guide.

    • Work with the placement team to collect information from registered theme camps and reach out to each camp to introduce them to the Mosaic sound policies.

    • Work with the promotions team to create awareness of sound policies via social media and other communication tools.

    • Organize schedule of sound volunteers.

  • During the event:

    • Work with each camp and art installation to educate, encourage and enforce sound policy as needed.

    • Work with the placement, Ranger and LLC teams as needed.

    • In case of a request for turn down communicate with each camp that turn down limits are in effect.
